David Giles
President
David Giles has been involved with the automotive, truck and transport and collision industries for over 30 years. He currently holds a Red Seal AST certification in Canada and also certified HRAI instructor for the delivery and certification for controlled substances in several provinces. He also holds several other certifications and certificates in each trade involving advance vehicle technology and systems. Guest speaker at several automotive conferences that involve battery electric vehicles and advance vehicle systems such as ADAS and automatous vehicles.
David helped develop innovative solutions for electric drive systems, wheelchair accessibility for vehicles and skills upgrading to licensed technicians and apprentices. He started ALL EV Canada in 2019 during the COVID-19 pandemic with his Partner Jeff Farwell. The goal was to put affordable electric vehicles on Atlantic Canada roadways. The success business model was noticed by Steele Auto Group who purchased the company in 2021.
David’s passion is to continue to learn and help find solutions for exciting and sustainable transportation for the future.

Andrea Hilchie-Pye has over 15 years of project management and business operations experience, transforming big ideas into real-world solutions through open dialogue, genuine listening, and strong advocacy. She’s a results-driven leader who unites diverse groups to find common ground and fresh solutions to complex problems.
She has worked in both the public and private sectors. Andrea has an authentic passion for making a tangible difference in people’s daily lives.
An active member of several professional organizations, including, Digital Health Canada, HIMSS, the Canadian College of Healthcare Leaders, and the Canadian Public Health Association, Andrea stays at the forefront of industry developments and best practices.
Her ability to quickly navigate the business and political environments and build strong relationships will help her deliver outstanding results. holds a masters degree along with numerous certifications.
